-Experience operating a brake press/press brake
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality

-Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings (a plus!)

We took the Impact Fab team out for a day at Grand Rapids Grand Prix — and let's just say the same crew that shows up hard every day in the shop showed up even harder on the track. 🏎️
Go-kart racing. Axe throwing. RC car racing. Full send, all day.

There's something about watching your teammates throw axes with the same focus they bring to the fabrication floor that reminds you why you love this team. The kart track brought out every ounce of competitive energy we had, and the RC racing capped it off with a few more grudge matches for good measure.

At Impact Fab, we believe the team you build is everything. Days like this aren't just fun — they're the reason people show up motivated on Monday morning. When you invest in your people, they invest right back.

Grateful for this crew. Proud of what we build together — inside the shop and out.
