Impact Fab, a custom fabrication shop in Holland, MI, is looking for a 3rd Shift Metal Worker to join our team!

No experience? No problem — this role is perfect for someone with basic metal fabricating skills who wants to learn and grow in a custom metal shop.

🕗 Schedule: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday night – Friday morning (long weekend every week!)

🛠️ You'll get hands-on training in fabrication, blueprint reading, and machine operation (water jet, saws, shears, presses, CNC)

We’re hiring a Senior Bookkeeper at Impact Fab! 📊

Impact Fab is a family-owned custom metal fabrication company in Holland, MI. We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to lead our financial operations.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Manage AP, AR, invoicing, and collections
🔹 Handle reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close
🔹 Maintain job-costing, inventory, WIP, and ERP records
🔹 Partner with operations and purchasing to improve processes

What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
✅ Strong Excel skills and QuickBooks Desktop/ERP experience (JobBOSS² a plus)
✅ Accuracy, good judgment, and discretion with confidential information

Happy Labor Day!

Behind every beam, bracket, and build is a team that shows up and does the work. This Labor Day, we're celebrating the skilled hands and hard hats that keep Impact Fab running — welders, fabricators, and everyone in between.

Our shop will be closed Monday, September 7th, in observance of the holiday — back at it Tuesday.

⚾ Team outing done right!

The Impact Fab crew traded the shop floor for the ballpark this week, heading out to cheer on the West Michigan Whitecaps together.

Nothing beats good company, sunshine, and a few innings of baseball to recharge and celebrate the hard work our team puts in every day.

Moments like these remind us that great teams aren't just built on the job — they're built together, on and off the clock.

✅ Set up and operate CNC Mills

✅ Perform routine machine and tool maintenance
