We are looking for a skilled Laser Operator to join our team in Holland, MI.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Operate and maintain fiber laser cutting machines.
    •    Read blueprints and set up machines for optimal performance.
• Deburr parts and stage for next operation
    •    Monitor machine operation and perform quality checks.
    •    Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    •    Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
    •    Experience with fiber laser cutting machines preferred.
    •    Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
    •    Strong attention to detail and quality.
    •    Good communication skills and team player.
    •    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
