Excavator and trailer repair which consisted of replacing the broken exhaust flex pipe with DOM, fabrication of a new muffler strap, repairing factory underweld on the boom, and repairing the trailer spare tire carrier.

TIG was attempted on the pipe replacement but due to the amount of embedded rust on the factory piping, a heavy GMAW ER70S weave weld was performed instead.

An update from yesterdays service rates post:

We recently paid off an account for some of our higher end shop equipment which decreased our operating costs— which in return allowed us to give back to our customers and slightly DECREASE our service labor rates across the board.

Our lower operating costs means you can still expect the same “PRIDE IN QUALITY” work, but at a lower cost to you!
