Another custom nurse sprayer completed by 3B Ironworks, built for a Kubota B2401 and designed specifically for spraying between rows in nursery applications.
Projects like this are a good example of what we enjoy most—taking an idea or a need and turning it into a practical, purpose-built piece of equipment that makes the job easier.
3B Ironworks is continuing to grow, and so are the services we’re able to offer.
We currently provide mobile welding, fabrication, and repair services throughout Middle Tennessee, including custom fabrication, heavy equipment and trailer repair, structural steel work, handrails, stairs, platforms, pipe welding, agricultural repairs, equipment modifications, and emergency on-site repairs.
We have also recently acquired a physical shop location, which we are currently preparing and outfitting. This will allow customers to bring projects directly to us for fabrication and repair while giving us the space and equipment to take on larger and more involved builds.
As the shop continues to develop, our goal is to expand 3B Ironworks into a true one-stop fabrication and repair facility offering services such as:
* Custom welding and fabrication
* Mobile welding and field repair
* Heavy equipment and agricultural repair
* Trailer repair and modification
* Custom utility, equipment, and specialty trailer builds
* Custom truck flatbeds, service bodies, and equipment beds
* Structural steel fabrication
* Handrails, stairs, platforms, racks, and miscellaneous steel
* Carbon and stainless pipe welding
* Custom attachments and implements
* General machining and repair machining
* Steel, tubing, plate, angle, channel, and other material sales
* Cut-to-length steel and fabrication material
* Larger custom industrial and commercial fabrication projects
Our goal has always been simple: provide dependable workmanship, fair pricing, and a place our customers can call when they need something built, repaired, modified, or figured out.
Whether it’s a small repair, a custom piece of equipment, an emergency breakdown in the field, or a complete fabrication project from the ground up, we want 3B Ironworks to be the first call you make.
We’re excited about what’s ahead and appreciate everyone who has supported us as we continue building and expanding.
