• $1,000 to the person who brought them in
• $2,500 to the technician after 1 year
Thomure’s Performance, LLC is growing, and we are looking to add to our team of highly qualified technicians.
We have continued to grow year after year since opening our doors and we are not slowing down. We are moving into a new, larger shop to support that growth and expand what we are capable of. We plan to keep pushing forward in this industry with no ceiling in sight.
We are looking for career minded individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast paced, constantly evolving shop. Performance experience is preferred but not required. If you are a solid technician who understands fundamentals, uses tools correctly, and cares about the end result, we can teach the rest.
What you’re walking into:
• High horsepower street cars and race cars
• Custom fabrication and EFI calibration
• Regular maintenance and repair work
• A shop where things are expected to be done right
One day may be performance and fabrication work, the next may be standard maintenance and repair. If you can’t switch gears, this is not the place.

Photos, videos, receipts, whatever proves it is your work. We have hired this way before and will do it again. Your car can be your resume.
