A new resource in the Ohio Technology Development Ecosystem is now available! Located at the Hilliard City Lab the Ohio Manufacturing Innovation Center (OMIC), stood up with support from the State of Ohio, is a fully operational microelectronic and electromechanical design, prototype and assembly center dedicated to bridging the gap between industry and higher-education.
OMIC employs a diverse collection of engineering and STEM college interns mentored by experienced engineers. Capabilities range from ideation to design to pilot production. As a non-profit, OMIC is also an ideal partner in STTRs, can sub in SBIRs, provide proposal support, rapid documentation turnaround and easy contracting.
