Another machine was finished up this morning and sent back to work.
The customer originally came in needing new tracks and sprockets. After a thorough inspection of the undercarriage, our team found that the track tensioners were locked up on both sides.
Digging deeper, we found the cause: the tensioner springs were damaged and had chunks missing from each spring, preventing the tensioners from operating properly.
We replaced the track tensioners, sprockets, and tracks, upgrading the tracks in the process. Rather than simply replacing the parts the customer originally came in for, we took the time to diagnose the entire system and make sure the machine was ready to get back to work.
That’s the advantage of working with a team that understands the equipment, not just the parts.
Tracks. Sprockets. Tensioners. Undercarriage parts. Diagnosis and service.
Track Works is here to help keep your equipment moving.
