Challenging our perspective and shifting how we think are essential parts of strong leadership. Our second cohort of the SOAR Leadership Program and team of executives had the opportunity to explore this through a powerful workshop led by world-renowned speaker and best-selling author Amy Herman. Her work has transformed how leaders, law enforcement, and military personnel interpret the world around them.

Using art as the lens, Amy challenged our team to pause and pay close attention to the details often overlooked. Her message reinforces how the way we observe, communicate, and interpret situations impacts how we lead and make decisions every day.
