Some people work for an association. Some people carry it in their heart. Kim Crawford is one of those people. 💙

We see the work she does behind the scenes. We see the hours, the heart, and the dedication she gives every single day.

And now the rest of North Carolina sees it, too. 💙

Last week, our Foothills HBA Executive Officer, Kim Crawford, spent the week doing what she does best — representing, learning, leading, and advocating for the home building industry.

On Monday, Kim attended the NCHBA Conference, where she received an honor that could not be more deserved:

🏆 NCHBA Executive Officer of the Year!

For Kim, the HBA has never been “just a job.” Her passion for this association and our industry runs deep — all the way back to her dad, Gerald Kamp, who was a tremendous part of the HBA and left a lasting impact on the building industry and the people in it.

Kim has taken those roots and made them her own. She pours her heart into our members, our communities, and the future of this industry. She leads with loyalty, determination, and a genuine love for the HBA that you simply can’t teach.
