This year, we mixed things up by hosting our annual Safety Celebration offsite at the Kirkwood Continuing Education Training Center. It was a great opportunity to come together as a team, celebrate safety milestones, and knock out some essential training.

Here’s what we focused on:

✅ LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
✅ Aerial Lifts
✅ Fire Extinguisher
✅ Welder Set-Up

🌟 Climate Engineers at Career Inspire 2024! 🌟

We were thrilled to be a part of Career Inspire this year, an event designed to connect 9th grade students with Eastern Iowa's industries and career opportunities. At Climate Engineers, we believe in investing in the future workforce and helping students explore careers in HVAC, industrial sheet metal, and manufacturing.

At the Career Inspire event, students had the chance to interact with our team, participate in a fun hands-on activity, and learn about the skills, tools, and knowledge that power our industry.

👷‍♂️ Our goal is to inspire the next generation to pursue careers that match their passions, prepare for success, and help build a strong workforce in our community.

We're excited to be part of a program that helps students recognize career paths, explore opportunities, and take meaningful steps toward their futures. 🌱📚

Last week we were excited to bring together our employees for training dedicated to safety! 🦺✨ This celebration featured essential training sessions from expert trainers:

🔥 Getz Fire - Learn how to effectively use portable fire extinguishers.
🧗‍♂️ Quad City Safety - Discover best practices for fall protection use and inspection.
✅ Youngstrom Safety - Dive into the importance of Safety Accountability.

And flu shots were provided by Genesis Occupational Health to keep our employees healthy this season! 💉

Our goal is to work together to create a safer environment for everyone.
