Looking for a great summer job on the water? Join the team at Sportsman’s Marina as a Dockhand! We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to jump into a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Position Details:
Schedule: Weekdays & weekends required
Pay: $16/hour + tips

Responsibilities:
Cleaning, covering, and detailing boats
Assist customers with docking and launching boats
General marina upkeep and maintenance
Fueling boats and maintaining dock areas
Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and around water
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Boating experience is a plus, but not required

Sportsmans Marina is looking for a motivated EZ Dock Installer to join our team! This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and working on and around the water!

Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and removal of EZ Dock systems
Perform general construction and dock assembly work
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Work on docks, boats, and water environments (not required to get in water)

Requirements:
Construction or related experience required
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools safely
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Comfortable working on and around water environments
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
