Ellwood Crankshaft Group was proud to participate in the Manufacturers & Business Association (MBA) Manufacturing Day event this month in Erie, PA!

Manufacturing Day is a great opportunity to introduce students to the exciting possibilities of a career in manufacturing and showcase the people, skills, and technology that keep our industry moving forward.

Our team enjoyed connecting with students, answering questions, and sharing how we manufacture critical components that support industries around the world.

Inspiring the Next Generation of Manufacturing Professionals!

What an incredible day at Ellwood! We welcomed more than 175 students and educators to our Irvine, PA, complex for our annual Manufacturing Day celebration!

Students got a behind-the-scenes look at the exciting world of manufacturing, exploring our facilities, meeting industry professionals, and discovering career opportunities right here in their own backyard!

This year's highlights included:

- Behind-the-scenes tours of our manufacturing operations

- A virtual reality crane operator safety simulator

- Live laser engraving demonstrations

- Interactive activities to explore manufacturing career paths

- A 3D printer giveaway to one lucky student courtesy of Ellwood Crankshaft Group!

At Ellwood National Crankshaft, Ellwood National Forge, and Ellwood National Steel, we're passionate about showing students that rewarding careers, advanced technology, and exciting opportunities are available right here in our region.

A Great Day for Teamwork — On and Off the Field!

Team members from across Ellwood recently came together for some friendly competition at the Ellwood Softball Tournament. After a great day of play, Ellwood Crankshaft & Machine (ECM) and Ellwood National Crankshaft Services (ENCS) faced off in the championship game, with ENCS taking home the tournament win!

Thank you to everyone who stepped up to the plate, represented their teams and made the day a success — and to the team members, family and friends who came out to cheer them on.
