🎉 Drumroll, please... Introducing the newest member of our Care Solutions Mobility squad, Jeannie Penna Vandever! 🤩 Jeannie joined our team on July 27th and spent six weeks learning the ropes from the legendary Gloria Foster before spreading her wings and flying solo.

Jeannie is one of our receptionists and Account Managers, picking up where Gloria left off. Her duties range from answering the phone, accounting and billing, and ensuring the work we do keeps moving forward and nothing falls through the cracks.

Jeannie is originally from Long Island, New York, but moved to the Hendersonville area when she was 12-years old. With an Associates Degree in Science, Medical Office Administration, and Medical Coding Certifications under her belt, this overachiever's got brains and talent for days!

While going to school, being married and taking care of her sons, she worked for herself doing grocery and package deliveries. Prior to coming to Care Solutions she worked at the front office of a medical office. In April 2026 she passed the AAPC Certified Professional Coder exam. Jeannie is very proud of her education journey. Since then, she has been ready to move forward, grow, and progress. Soon after she made contact with Kaye who invited her to interview with the Care Solutions team.

When asked what she likes most about working with Care Solutions Mobility, she replied, “Working for a company that gives people the freedom of mobility is a wonderful feeling.” She continued that she enjoys using her knowledge, extensive education, and quirks to make sure the numbers match up and to do my job effectively.

When not working with Care Solutions, Jeannie shared that she loves being home with her three cats, enjoys eating, being in the sun, listening to music, singing, laughing, and being entertained. She’s a fan of attending a circus, ballet, musical, or symphony.

Jeannie’s dream job would be to be a professional food critic (now we know why she enjoys eating!), or work with big cats at a zoo, and may even be an actuary or an anesthesiologist.
