In our ongoing effort to improve both customer service and employee well-being, we are pleased to announce a positive update to our operating schedule. In 2014, we shifted our hours earlier to better align with customer needs. Now, we are taking the next step by moving to a four-day work week that will allow us to continue delivering the reliable service you expect while giving our work family a better work-life balance.
Effective Monday, July 6th, our new hours will be
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
This schedule provides 10.5 hours of coverage per day, giving us strong availability during the core part of the workweek. We believe this change will result in a more energized and responsive team, which ultimately benefits you.
Please be assured that this adjustment will not impact our ability to serve you. We remain fully committed to supplying your steel needs promptly and professionally. Our team will continue to be available to assist you during the new business hours, and we will work with you as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
