π§ John Deere 700K β Engine Rebuild Complete π§
π Swipe to see the transformation.
This machine came to us after another mechanic had already started the head job and left it torn down β bolts mixed in cups, parts unlabeled, and components missing.
We went back to the factory service manuals, organized everything properly, tracked down missing hardware, and rebuilt it the right way.
πΈ Photo 1: How it showed up β torn down and incomplete.
πΈ Photo 3: Back together and running strong.
Hereβs what went into it:
βοΈ Repaired stripped exhaust manifold threads (Helicoil repair)
βοΈ Installed NEW temp sensor
βοΈ Installed NEW injector tubes
βοΈ Replaced faulty injector & had John Deere program into ECM
βοΈ Reassembled EGR, intake, and cooling systems
βοΈ Installed coolant manifold with NEW gaskets
βοΈ Reinstalled pulleys, tensioners, belt, A/C compressor & alternator
βοΈ Oil pan torqued to spec, NEW oil & filter
βοΈ Reconnected engine harness
βοΈ Flushed and reinstalled coolers (crane install)
βοΈ Refilled engine, hydraulic, and transmission with NEW fluids
βοΈ Installed NEW coolant tank
βοΈ Replaced both batteries
βοΈ Repaired turbo actuator coolant line threads
βοΈ Fully tested β no leaks, no issues
Not every job starts clean β but every machine leaves here done right.
