The Hard Rock Hotel transformation is climbing higher every day, and this project is officially starting to steal the spotlight. This month the construction team celebrated a major milestone placing the final structural beam on the guitar. FEA is helping engineer a future Vegas landmark built to rock for years to come. 🎸🏗️

The new Coushatta expansion in Kinder, Louisiana is officially welcoming guests, and the response has been incredible. With more than 100 new hotel rooms selling out during opening festivities, it's clear this destination is already making an impact.

Immersive Studios provided AV and limited energy systems alongside FEA's MEP engineering, helping bring this exciting vision to life in collaboration with TBE Architects. From guest experiences to behind-the-scenes infrastructure, every detail was designed to support a destination built for entertainment, hospitality, and connection.

At Ellis Island’s rooftop cabanas, guests can take in the energy of Formula 1 in Las Vegas from a unique vantage point, complete with incredible views and a front-row atmosphere. Our team provided AV and low-voltage design services to help create a space where every moment is connected, comfortable, and ready for race day.
