This custom made mailbox is for a home in theHistoric district downtown Evansville.
The mailbox is made from Brass and has a light coat of patina to give it a beautiful honey color.
The custom railings are steel with a statuary bronze powdercoat finish.

This light is finally taking some shape and showing its character. I have many more hours yet to finish on this build.. At nearly 42" in height this thing is not small. It will contain a single and large vintage decorative Edison bulb in the middle box. It will be contained in glass. There are very subtle hints of Brass as well. For now first stage is complete.

Weekend project: Resturant owner and myself performed demo on his bartop. we installed a prefabed tube subframe directly to the bar substructure. This tube frame was shimed ,leveled and anchored . This was nessicary to support the granite top. then installed this gourgous new top! Hammered leather Grey on the name of this stone for This stone was quaried in Brazil and cut locally. Always a new project around here with a new and different set of challenges.
