We are currently looking to add multiple members to our team.

We are starting experienced, full-time employees at $20 an hour. Part time, and inexperience applicants will receive less.

Stem Lawn Care uses all exMark and Echo equipment. Experience with the equipment is preferred.

We offer end of season bonuses and paid time off. 

New employees will also receive bonuses for perfect attendance and being on time.

Promotions, pay raises, and other income opportunities will be available.

Employees will mainly be asked to cut grass and w**d whack. Weeding and other landscaping tasks will be required.

You must have transportation to work. If you live in Hellertown, we can make arrangements for pickup.

You will be required to work overtime, which is paid time and a half, when required. We operate seven days a week and try to always give full-time staffing at least one day off. Schedules are made for 40 hour work weeks, although weather does change scheduling.

Currently, we are not adding foreman and the positions are only for laborers. Foreman positions will be available at a later time. You will not be asked to drive our trucks at this time.

Weekly grass cutting services will begin for the season on Monday April 11th. At that time, additional landscaping services will be on hold until June due to an influx of new work.

We are currently looking for another employee, possibly 2 employees, to add to our team. I am looking for a full-time staffing, however, part-time work is available for experienced applicates. You need transportation to work in hellertown. All of our work is within 10 miles from the shop. You need to understand and speak english. You need to be able to be on your feet and out in the sun for 40+hours a week. No previous experience is required, but will be helpful. We operate Exmark and Echo equipment. All new employees will be trained, regardless of previous experience. You may be asked to help with landscaping work, but the majority of our working is grass cutting. You must have your COVID vaccine prior to starting. Weekend work may be required. Anything over 40 hours is 1.5 pay. Bonuses are available. Raises are available. Other benefits are available for returning employees. If you can show professional work, starting pay may be increased.
