A step forward towards improved infrastructure for Eastern Kentucky residents! We are excited to see this project come to light and cut drive times from Hazard and Hindman to Pikeville! H.A. Spalding is proud to have provided the design for all 3 sections of the Minnie to Harold Road Project, which will connect KY 80 and US 23 via KY 680 in Floyd County.

Having a safe place to walk in the Walkertown and Wabaco sections of Perry Co. has been a goal of this new project. We believe that providing safe and barrier-free sidewalks will enhance the quality of life for local residents and patrons in the area.
