What started as a spark in one man’s head has now become a full-blown, fire-breathing metal shop ready to create for YOU.

Jake went from the welding program at Pennsylvania College of Technology, fell head-over-heels for CNC plasma cutting, and poured countless long days and nights into building this dream. Today, Grizzly Metal Works is fully operational and fired up to serve our local community!

💥Day in the Life at Grizzly Metal Works:
CNC Custom Metal Fabrication

☕️Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee and a fresh sheet of steel. Shop doors open. Lights on. Machines warming up.

⌚️Time to pull up the customer's CAD file for a custom piece and fire up the CNC plasma table.

💥First cut of the day. Sparks fly as the torch dances across 1/4" plate with pinpoint precision.

Every piece is nested perfectly to minimize waste and keep that custom order on schedule. Final inspection and assembly. Measuring twice (or three times), checking the customer's mock-up, and giving it that Grizzly touch — Parts packaged, photos taken for the customer, and another satisfied project rolling out the door.

👉🏼Tomorrow? A whole new set of custom.
