The Rapat Series TCTR is an industrial duty trussed frame conveyor that utilizes CEMA standard components and is used in applications where long spans are required in between supports. These conveyors are designed for specific loadings and project location. Common options include walkways, service platforms, support bents and transfer towers.

Case Study Monday!

Rapat was chosen to design and build enclosed belt conveyors to transfer resin-coated hydraulic fracturing sand from railcars for processing and then onto storage silos. The enclosed system was engineered to limit emissions and also withstand the extreme weather conditions in Louisiana. Rapat placed the conveyors on structural steel box trusses with single-sided walkways. Rapat worked closely with the customer to understand their needs and proceeded to develop sloped bottom covers, which allow for easy access for clean-out and maintenance from the walkways.
