A notice to our valued customers and vendors...
As many of you are aware, the Commonwealth of MA and Governor Baker’s office has issued an emergency order requiring all businesses and organizations that do not provide “Covid-19 Essential Services” to close their physical workplaces as of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at noon until April 7, 2020 at noon.
We would like to announce that Olympic Engineering Service and our Team will be allowed to continue to operate as a critical manufacturing supplier for the Department of Defense as outlined in the Covid-19 Essential Services requirement by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker on March 23, 2020.
The decision to stay open was not taken lightly. We are committed to protecting our employees, our facility, and the best interests and safety of our customers.
With that being said, we are temporarily suspending all visits to our Haverhill, MA office from salesman, vendors, factory representatives, manufacturer’s representatives, and any
unapproved guests without prior approval.
This temporary ban does not pertain to our valuable customer base, whom we’re trying to service and protect. We understand our customer’s needs and are here to service them throughout this difficult time.
However, all visits to Olympic Engineering Service, whether it be by a customer for order pickups or by a vendor with a pre-approved meeting, we are asking that anyone who currently
exhibits symptoms of the common cold or flu, has traveled internationally recently, or who has been exposed to high risk areas such as hospitals or large groups of people; inform an Olympic Engineering Service representative immediately. We will gladly arrange for your orders to be delivered out to your vehicle upon your arrival to our office.
Again, the safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and the general public are of the utmost importance to us. On behalf of our entire Team, we hope you and your families stay
safe and healthy during this challenging time.
