VACUUM PUMP EXHAUST TRAPS ELIMINATE VIRTUALLY ALL HYDROCARBON EMISSIONS
A line of oil mist eliminators designed for commercial, industrial, laboratory, medical, and other vacuum pumps that can eliminate virtually all hydrocarbon emissions from entering the atmosphere have been introduced by Mass-Vac, Inc. of North Billerica, Massachusetts.
MV Oil Mist Eliminators help keep the environment clean and people safe by removing harmful oil vapors from a vacuum pump’s exhaust stream with 99.9999% efficiency. Featuring replaceable microfiberglass coalescing filter elements with a 0.1 micron pore size, they come in four models from 4” to 10” dia. to fit vacuum pumps ranging from 5 to 300 CFM.
Fully RoHS compliant, MV Oil Mist Eliminators can be configured to recover or recirculate costly pump fluids. The line includes four models: the VisiMist® (clear housing) and Midi-Mist® 4” dia. that use one filter, the Midi-Mist® 8” which has three filters, and Maxi-Mist® 10 which has five.
