With Easter 🐣 around the corner here at we had a Team building exercise where we built Easter, gingerbread solar system houses! ☀️😊

The teams had three challenge items:
1st - incorporate 3 items from around the office and warehouse
2nd - use all the decorations from the kit
3rd - Learn one fun fact about each team member

Team B ended up winning!! 🎉

Say hello to Alfred:

If you're one of our customers, you may recognize Alfred. He is Invaleon's Senior Client Relationship Manager. Alfred is an expert in putting the customer first. He has an extensive background in automotive and renewable customer care. Alfred keeps customers updated throughout the solar process, so they are always in the know. He provides solutions and support to customers and also works in collaboration with project managers and the field teams to seamlessly install residential and commercial solar. Alfred also works diligently to assist Invaleon's senior leadership team and move the organization toward its strategic long-term goals.

In his free time, Alfred enjoys traveling and is a huge fan of Marvel!

Say hello to Brian:

Brian is a commercial project manager at Invaleon. His main responsibilities include overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of solar energy projects from early the construction phase through commissioning. Brian works closely with commercial clients and collaborates internally with the engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

As a project manager, Brian plays a critical role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation, with the goal of enhancing Invaleon's capabilities and delivering higher-quality solar energy solutions to clients.

Brian says “seeing solar energy projects come to fruition and helping clients reduce their carbon footprint is very fulfilling. Additionally, being part of a team that is working towards a common goal and making a positive impact on the environment creates a sense of pride and enthusiasm that I love being a part of every day!”
