A great advancement for the Hauppauge Industrial Park! This zoning permits developers to apply for a special exception for mixed-use buildings incorporating ground-floor retail or restaurants with apartments and offices above. Much of the park is now zoned for light industry.

Framing:
Completion of the 2nd and 3rd floor and start of the 4th floor of section A
Completion of the 4th floor and start the roof trusses on section B
Start of the 1st floor of section C
Start of the 2nd & 3rd floor of section D
MEP:
Start of roughing in sections A, B & D
Concrete:
Final slab on grade in section C.
Finished Concrete slab over the steel deck between sections A & B
Finished Concrete for the steel deck walkway between sections A & B
Finished Concrete retaining wall around the pool area
Finished Concrete needed for the vehicle and pedestrian bridges
Bridges:
Installed the Vehicle Bridge and took final measurements for the pedestrian bridge.
Masonry:
Completed the interior block work in the parking garage
Startednstalling the exterior brick outside of the parking garage
Drywall:
Started installing fire-rated separation walls between building sections
Started installing fire-rated shaft walls for the mechanical shafts
Misc Work:
Continue to prepare the site for utilities.
Completed mock-up for the window and door installation
