Help Wanted: Office Support / Customer Service Coordinator
Low Voltage Contractor – Hatfield, PA Area
Smart Digital Tech is looking for a reliable, organized office support person to help with daily customer communication, scheduling, and general office coordination for our low voltage contracting business.
We install and service network cabling, fiber optic cabling, security cameras, access control systems, intercoms, and related low voltage systems for commercial customers.
Position Responsibilities
The office support person will help with:
Answering customer calls and emails professionally
Writing clear customer responses, service updates, and follow-up messages
Scheduling service trucks and coordinating technician appointments
Helping organize daily work orders and service requests
Communicating with customers about appointment times, job status, and basic service questions
Supporting sales and estimating follow-up when needed
Keeping notes, customer information, and job details organized
Helping the office stay on schedule and communicate clearly with the field team
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and dependable
A strong writer with good grammar and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Good with scheduling, follow-ups, and details
Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic office software
Able to work independently and ask questions when needed
Experience in construction, service dispatching, customer support, or the low voltage / IT industry is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Position Type
Part-time or full-time opportunity available depending on experience and availability.
