Our team hosted a wonderful celebration last week, recognizing George and our 50 years of business. We are grateful to all of our guests that made it out to celebrate us and especially to the Chamber of Commerce for their recognition. Trim Press Operator
Second Shift (3:15 pm - 1:45 am, M-Th) with possible overtime on Fridays
Pay starts at $16.50 + $1.25 shift differential.
Our Trimmers operate a hydraulic trim press to remove flash from die castings, perform some hand finishing and inspection of parts to ensure that they meet quality standards. The operator must be able to work in a hot work environment.

Die Cast Set-up Trainee
First Shift (5:00 am to 3:30 pm, M-Th) with possible overtime on Fridays
Pay starts at $17.00
Our Set-up Trainees assist in set-up and operation of the die casting machine to form a variety of production aluminum parts. Forklift experience is preferred. The trainee must be able to work in a hot work environment.

CNC Machine Operators
First or Second Shift (5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 3:15pm to 1:45am, M-Th) and currently working overtime 5am to 1pm or 12:45pm to 8:45pm, most Fridays)
Pay starts at $16.50
Our CNC Operators perform a sequence of operations such as turn, mill, drill, tap, bore, ream, and countersink a variety of parts. Individual will occasionally assist in modification of set up to assure machining within required specifications. Individual must be able to work with calipers, micrometers, gage pins, custom gages, dial gauges and digital gauges to visually identify defective parts.

Toolroom Assistant
First Shift (5:00am to 3:30pm, M-Th) with flexibility possible and with possible overtime on Fridays
Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $24.50 (depending upon experience and education)
Our Tool Room Assistants are responsible for routine tool room activities such as alteration, repair, cleaning, and/or general maintenance of all types of tooling and injection mold dies; assembly of tools, fixtures and gages. Individual must have forklift experience. Must be able to work in a hot work environment.

Electrical Maintenance Person
First Shift (5:00am to 3:30pm, M-Th) with flexibility possible and with possible overtime on Fridays
Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $30.50, dependent upon education and experience
Our Maintenance Personnel diagnose mechanical malfunctions, maintain, service and rebuild a variety of plant facilities, machinery, and mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This includes other general plant and facility maintenance. Individual must have electrical experience and forklift experience. Must be able to work in a hot work environment.

Our Die-Cast Maintenance Personnel are responsible for general upkeep and repair across our facility but particularly within our Die-Cast Department. This work would include heavy machinery, robotics, melting and holding furnaces, circuitry, water and oil lines, general troubleshooting, and more.

A high school diploma or GED and the ability to work in a hot working environment are required. Some level of maintenance experience and experience driving forklifts is preferred. Ideal candidates will also have experience in welding, electrical, circuits, fuses, filter replacements, fastening, and limit switch functioning. All other skills required to perform the job will be taught during the training process.

This position is available for second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday. When offered, overtime is generally worked on Fridays.
