Acro-Magnetics Inc. Acro-Magnetics Inc. specializes in making permanent magnetic fixtures and devices. Acro-Magnetics, Inc. was founded and incorporated on April 3, 1970.

Our product line ranges from small household magnetic devices to very large stainless steel plate magnets used in industry and agriculture. We are a family owned business that has been operating continuously in the Harvard area since that beginning. We manufacture permanent magnets and magnetic devices, primarily, plate magnets used to separate metal from grain products. We own 17 different patter

ns for sand cast aluminum frames that we build into plate magnet assemblies. The plate magnets are used by farm equipment manufacturers in mixers, grinders and rolling mills. We currently deal internationally with 180 regular vendors and are the primary source of these magnets through-out the United States, Canada, and Europe. We are presently located in McHenry County, northern Illinois, 5 miles from the Wisconsin border, 70 miles from Chicago, and 30 miles from Rockford in the small village of Chemung.
