Just wrapped up a riprap installation on the lakefront, and it turned out beautifully. Big thanks to Wilfredo and Brandon for absolutely crushing it (literally and figuratively 😄). Machine-stacked stone + fabric base = long-term protection and a clean, natural look.

This crew knows how to get it done right - waves, weather, and erosion don’t stand a chance.

Thanks again, guys! The lakefronts never looked better.

Excavator & Skid Steer Operator

We are looking for a full time excavator and skid steer operator.

Must have 3-5 years experience.

The position will require you to be on a rock barge installing stone steps with ramps, Class B rip rap using a John Deere 50/60 excavator along with a skid steer, and removing trees using equipment and a chainsaw. This position requires manual labor as you will be installing fabric and moving some smaller stones into place.

Must be able to pass a drug test and have a valid driver's license.

We offer paid holidays after 90 days and 1 week of vacation after 1 year of employment.

Pay is based upon experience.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
