Our October company luncheon brought some delicious fall comfort food and plenty of fun! 🍂🎃

We enjoyed shredded BBQ chicken and pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, garden salad, and Mary Sjoberg’s famous brownies!

We also welcomed Greg Johnson from Principal Financial, who shared information about our 401(k) plan and answered employee questions. Of course, we had some fun spinning the Prize Wheel, too! 🎉

October’s Charity of the Month is Sierra Delta, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans through the healing power of dogs. We’re looking forward to welcoming them to our November luncheon!

Lauren joined us in 2016 as an Industrial Engineering Intern and has grown with Sjoberg every step of the way, from Industrial Engineer to Operations Manager to General Manager. Ten years of leadership, problem-solving, and pushing our team forward. We're lucky to have you, Lauren!

🔷 Lisa Fusco – 5 years of service | Material Handler
Nothing moves on our floor without people like Lisa. Five years of keeping material flowing where it needs to be, and now lending her skills to our weld shop too. Thank you for your versatility and hard work, Lisa!

Our newest investment is up and running! This robotic press brake cell pairs a Safan Darley press brake with a robotic arm that loads, positions, and unloads parts through every bend.

This innovative set up allows for more consistent bends, faster turnaround on repeat work, and more capacity to take on our customers' toughest projects! It also frees up our skilled operators to focus on setup, programming, and the complex, high-mix work where their expertise matters most.

Since 1975, we've kept reinvesting in the technology and the people that help us deliver quality parts on time, every time.

We’re kicking off fall with our September company luncheon! 🍂🍔

We enjoyed our last grilled lunch of the year with hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, garden salad, chips, and Mary Sjoberg’s famous brownies.

The Prize Wheel brought plenty of fun, including the debut of our new growing Jackpot! 🎉💰 Employees also had the chance to double their regular prize winnings with our coin flip or donate their winnings to our Charity of the Month.

This September, we’re proud to support Our Kids’ Closet and the work they do to help local children and families.

We’ve got an incredible crew here at Sjoberg Tool and that’s something worth celebrating! This summer, we traded the shop floor for a sunny afternoon at the Okauchee Lion's Club!

Our 1st Annual Summer Picnic had over 200 attendees made up of team members and their families! We came together for a dinner buffet, a DJ, a lively co****le tournament, a hot dog eating contest, bounce houses, face painting, and a petting zoo. There was something for every age, and it was the perfect setting for a lot of familiar faces to meet each other's families for the first time!

This event came straight from employee feedback, and it's officially a tradition now. Thank you to everyone who came out. See you next summer!
