We are hiring a Jr Estimator in Hartford, Connecticut.

Responsibilities include:
Assist the estimator in performing takeoffs
Retrieve bid packages from General Contractors
Extract relevant files from bid packages
Take off weights from structural and architectural drawings

Qualified Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in performing takeoffs and estimating of Structural Steel and Misc. Metals. This is a Full-time In-House position, hours 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities include:
Review Bid Requests from General Contractors
Performing take-offs from structural and architectural drawings for Structural Steel and Misc Metals
Develop Bid Packages, and submit to General Contractors
Follow up with job bids with General Contractors to ensure contract award
Prepare and Submit Change Orders.
Qualified Applicants must have 8+ years experience in performing takeoffs and estimating of Structural Steel and Misc. Metals.
This is a Full-time In-House position, hours 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
