Dear friends and loyal customers,
We've loved every moment of running D&P Processing.
The early mornings prepping the best local beef, pork, and specialty cuts; the chats over the counter; watching your kids grow up on our sausages and your families gather around tables we helped fill.

Sadly, alpha-gal syndrome and ongoing health issues have made it impossible to continue. We're not shutting down because business failed—we're stepping away to protect our health after fighting to keep going as long as we could.

It's truly bittersweet. We adore this work and this community, but it's time to let someone new take the reins. Your support has meant the world.

To the hunters who have donated, again thank you !
We are 3 deer shy of our 100 deer goal!!

If any of y'all are able to donate again or if you want to hunt to donate for the first time,

we would really appreciate it we have never been this close to our goal before and it feels great.

We have donated out over 4000 pounds of meat already and are grateful for it. We don't care if we get 4000 more pounds to donate. This feeds the hungry of ky . Togather we can lessen the gap in food insecurity in our state

With your help we can insure no person goes hungry this year
