Training conversations with utility and operator clients usually go one of two ways.

The first is "how many seats and what's it cost."
The second is "how do we get this billed against an existing PO."

Most training is built for a classroom.

Most corrosion technicians don't work in classrooms.

A typical morning: you're driving to the job, half-listening to whatever is on. You get there, you do the work. You eat lunch on the tailgate. You drive back. Maybe, somewhere in there, there's a stretch for something else useful.

The shop has been busy.

40V / 20A units and 100V / 50A units heading out the door. Training units coming together.

We build these in-house. That's the whole point.

When something doesn't fit, doesn't look right, doesn't make sense for how the operator is actually going to use it — we change it.

Not on a future revision. On the next one off the bench.

A rectifier needs to fit the way the system was designed and the way the techs will maintain it. Those are different things.

Both matter.
