With Mardan Fabrication being able to customize our booths, we had a customer who was looking for a booth that can be utilized in multiple areas on the school campus. Riviera Preparatory School located in Coral Gables, Florida purchased this 6' x 8' Prefab Aluminum Guard booth with the ability to be plugged in electrically in different locations. We have manufactured the booth with our caster package allowing them to move it easily through different areas. Also included was a custom paint color on the exterior, wall-HVAC, lights with wall switch, plastic laminate workstation, non-skid aluminum flooring, 3" overhang, and sliding transaction window.

MFI 24039 Sterling Heights El Car Wash

This booth is a 6' x 9' Car Wash Cashier Booth. The attendant in the booth is able to upsell car wash memberships while also staying in an environmentally controlled area that will keep them cool during the summer and warm during the winter.

This booth has insulated glass, walls, & roof. Also included is a plastic laminate workstation, pre-wired electrical package, heating & cooling unit, non-skid aluminum treadplate flooring, and 3" overhang.

Al Packer Ford back in 2018 purchased two of our Prefabricated Service Writer Booths. They purchased them because they had initially outgrown the existing infrastructure of the dealership and needed to add more Service Advisors to help take care of customers. They were 4' x 15' with two workstations, hurricane impact resistant glass, and State of Florida Modular Building approved to meet 170mph hurricane wind speed requirements of Palm Beach County.

Fast forward to 2026 and they decided to add another booth because they have continued to grow and needed more advisors. Our Prefab option is a great way to continue to grow your existing business without having to completely demolish the current service department and just add an addition to it.

Another satisfied customer! Subaru of Sherman Oaks located in Los Angeles, California purchased three of our Prefabricated Service Writer Booths for the dealership. They had outgrown the existing service department and needed to hire more staff. Instead of having to reconstruct the entire building, they were able to add three of our buildings and add an additional 6 service advisors to assist with customers.

These booths are 5' x 13' with two sliding doors and roof-mounted HVAC unit. They have two workstations with duplex receptacles & lights.

In the picture below, you have Al Packer Ford in West Palm Beach that wanted to upgrade from old fiberglass booths to our aluminum booth. Being located in Palm Beach County, Florida, the booths are required to meet 170mph hurricane wind speed requirements and comply with Florida Building Code. Our booths can do both.

The booths are 4' x 15' and have included in them Laminated hurricane impact resistant glass, pre-wired electrical package for two service writers' workstations, non-skid aluminum treadplate floor, and roof-mounted heating & spot cooling unit.

19-062 City Cruises by Hornblower purchased this Prefabricated Aluminum Ticket booth to sell cruises around Baltimore. This booth 6' x 10' included a couple of ticket windows with the speaker holes and pass-thru trays. Seven years later, located close to the ocean, our Aluminum booth is still in great shape! Our product doesn't rust or deteriorate under harsh conditions.
