10+ years experience! Adams Welding was built from the ground up with one mission: do it right the first time and build systems that last longer than we do. Founded by Adam Stevens in Harrisburg, Arkansas, the company started with welding and field service work and quickly

expanded into full-scale grain storage and handling construction. What began as hands-on fabrication grew into a trusted name for turnkey grain facilities across Arkansas and the Midwest. Adam works directly with farmers, mill operators, and industrial clients to design efficient, expandable systems that fit their operation, not just sell equipment. Today, Adams Welding provides:

🏆 June Employee of the Month – Kevonte (KV) 🎉

KV has been with us less than a year and has already earned Employee of the Month twice, exactly six months apart!

One of the biggest jokesters on our team, KV always keeps us laughing and brings a positive attitude wherever he goes. But when it’s time to work, he works hard and gets the job done.

Kevonte came to us with no experience, but he never backed down from a challenge. He has worked hard, learned quickly, and grown tremendously both as a person and an employee. His dedication and progress show in the quality of his work every day.

May Employee of the Month – Logan 🎉

We’re proud to recognize Logan as our Employee of the Month for May.

Logan shows up every day with a good attitude and ready to work. No matter how tough or dirty the job is, he doesn’t complain, he just gets after it. He’s always willing to help wherever he’s needed and doesn’t hesitate to take on something new. Even if he hasn’t done it before, he’ll figure it out and get it done (YouTube and all).

You can tell he’s grown a lot since he’s been here, and it shows in the work he’s putting out. He works well with the whole crew, stays positive, shows up on time, and is someone we know we can count on.
