Product Announcement - Pro-R Factory Fabricated “Pre Insulated” phenolic duct has recently passed 3rd party independent witness testing at 10” W.G. without failure or damage from the high static pressure. The testing was requested on the patented Pro-R system by one of the top HVAC Engineering firms and Hospital networks in Boston. Recent projects include a dorm renovation project at Boston University installed by McCusker-Gil and an elementary school in Newton installed by United HVAC.

New Product Announcement - Horizontal Sash Position Sensor
Antec Controls has rounded out its product offering by introducing a Horizontal Sash Position Sensor (SPS‑H). This device determines the fume hood’s open face area by tracking the position of horizontally sliding sashes. This is particularly helpful in cases where the design engineer has encorporated both horizontal and vertical sash position sensors in their deisgn.

Last week our service and startup team was onsite in Clinton, MA at a former mill building that has been converted into a 112-unit Class-A multi-family apartment community. Up on the roof we have a Greenheck RVE-85 dedicated outdoor air unit featuring an air source heat pump. Love the old smoke stack, a relic from a different time and era.

This week Buckley hosted 47 mechanical engineers from New England at the Price Industries Technical Center in Atlanta for three days of technical training earning each participant 14 PDH credits. Topics covered include air distribution systems, emphasizing airflow patterns, thermal comfort, VAV system design, acoustics, and ventilation and IAQ principles. In addition to the training, the team enjoyed an evening cutting loose with a little TopGolf. Buckley Associates recently hosted the J.C. Cannistraro, LLC team for a visit to Price Industries in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our itinerary included tours of the Price Research Center North (PRCN), the SolutionAir Group manufacturing facility, and the brand‑new Antec Controls manufacturing plant and demonstration lab. These state‑of‑the‑art facilities offered a fantastic look at the engineering, testing, and production capabilities behind these industry‑leading brands.
And of course—no trip to Winnipeg is complete without catching a Winnipeg Jets game.

A big thank‑you to both the Price and Cannistraro teams for making the trek. Great visits, great conversations, and great momentum moving forward.
