Our team provides support for a wide range of fabrication possibilities including auger manufacturing, screw conveyor manufacturing, gravity chute conveyor fabrication, spiral chute conveyor fabrication, and custom stainless steel fabrication. We also provide perforated aluminum panel fabrication; aluminum perforated sheet fabrication, perforated stainless steel sheets, perforated decorative metal panels, and punched metal sheets and more. For commercial construction projects, we fabricate railings of in aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel. We provide picket railing, pipe railing, tube railing, cable railing, and perforated metal railings. With our services, we use a wide range of materials to better meet your goals. We offer laser cutting, punching (perforating), forming, machining, welding and finishing, all done with expert accuracy and to precise specifications. We focus on raising the bar when it comes to customer service. Your project manager will see your project through from start to finish. Focus is on getting top quality parts and products shipped on-time, and being able to offer the shortest lead time possible. Our in-house drafting and design proficiency is a big key to that. We provide 3D models for customer approval to make sure expectations are matched. On-site design coupled with on-site manufacturing gives you piece of mind knowing you are getting a top- notch product at a very good value.

By day, Tim is one of our Manufacturing Engineers, programming projects and optimizing production. Outside of work, he raises pasture-raised chickens.

Water treatment facilities don't get days off.

They operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, delivering safe, reliable water to communities and industries. Behind that reliability are countless fabricated components working together- including water treatment headers.

Many of today's water and wastewater facilities were built decades ago and are now undergoing major modernization and infrastructure upgrade projects. The challenge is that every facility is different. Integrating new equipment into existing systems often requires custom-fabricated components designed to fit specific operating requirements.

At Astro Metal Craft, we fabricate custom stainless steel water treatment headers and other complex components for municipal and industrial water treatment projects. From reviewing project requirements to fabrication, inspection, and delivery, our team works closely with customers to help keep projects moving forward.
