The Contract Advisor will have a strong U.S. Government and Commercial Contracting experience with the ability to work closely with internal business partners in Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to achieve business results. 8+ of experience with Government Prime Contracts and Subcontracts to a Prime Contractor
Experience in administering various types of Contracts (CPFF/CPIF/CPAF/FFP, and Time & Material) is required.

We are hiring a Staff Systems Engineer: Manned Systems to join our OTECH (Oceaneering Technologies) team!

The Staff Systems Engineer will provide guidance to engineering design efforts through the development of systems engineering documentation, including: concepts of operations, requirements specifications, interface control documents and drawings, hazard analysis, test plans, and procedures.

A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Systems Engineering and a Master's degree in System Engineer is preferred. U.S. citizenship and security clearance is required.
