ADC Engineering is thrilled to announce that Clay Greene, PE has been named Vice President of Civil Engineering!

Clay has been an integral part of ADC's success, never failing in an opportunity to teach others or share his experience or time. A Clemson graduate, he began his career in the Hanahan office in 2007 before opening the Greenville office in 2015. Clay specializes in federal, aviation, and DoD site design as well as educational facilities, roadways and infrastructure, and recreational sites. His work is characterized by a belief in community-driven, functional, and sustainable projects.

Clay’s dedication to ADC, team members, clients, and partners is evident in his leadership, and his hard work is underscored by a deep desire to build the best community possible. He enjoys spending time outside with his wife and three children, going boating, hiking, and fishing. Being named Vice President is just the next step in serving his clients and community.

ADC Engineering’s first-ever 2026 Inaugural Annual Retreat was one for the books! ADC’ers from all three offices came together for what essentially became a grown-up field day. Congratulations to our relay race and tug-of-war champions for bringing the competitive spirit and team energy! And of course, thanks to our Planning Committee for all their hard work!

We’re truly a fortunate group. I may be biased, but ADC is one of the best places to work. Reflecting on such a fun retreat, I’m especially grateful for exceptional leadership, talented and fun teammates, and, of course, the beach.

ADC Greenville smashed it out of the park at Top Golf! Hannah won the first round, Fred the second, and somehow I think Sydney may have also won a round? Anyway, we all had a blast and finally took a group photo that wasn't a selfie.
