Rapid Deployable Systems Inc RDS, Inc. was established on January 1, 2000 in Charleston, SC to manufacture and market containment solutions for a broad spectrum of industry.

Unstable weather patterns and environmental issues have rendered containment an essential element of many construction and refurbishment projects. With a patented system which is rapidly deployable, reconfigurable and customizable, we began to develop effective solutions for a myriad of containment problems. It was a specially designed mobile system that resulted in our first order with the United

States Navy. In the fall of 2003, we received our first contract to supply containment during the replacement of non-skid on the deck of the USS Carl Vinson. Since that time we have further refined our system and have been an integral part of the non-skid replacement process on ten of their carriers and a number of their smaller vessels. RDS is proud to be of service to the United States Navy. We are committed to continued support of their efforts and to further development and improvement of our systems to meet their future needs, as well as the needs of our other customers.
