Took some time last week to finish this smoker build I started way too long ago! Started with a 120 gallon air tank (had actually never been installed in a system, so very clean). Vertical smoker, wood and charcoal fired. About 560 square inches of cooking cooking space over the two racks. Runs very consistent, just get it dialed in and check the temp every 30-45 minutes. I’m calling it the “scrapyard smoker” because everything it’s made from I had at the shop!

The wood conveyor was finally finished last week! I had a lot of time and thought into this conveyor. And I’m so thankful for the patience from the customer. Lots of little details to learn about with this project (especially being the first wood conveyor I have built). From small repairs to a full new build. Don’t hesitate to contact! This little “Hi Daddy” at the end of the work day means more to me than I can put into words.

Some recent work on Waddington! Making repairs to some floating dock sections, this particular job had shore access. But don’t worry if it’s boat access only! St. Lawrence Fabrication has a work boat to reach anywhere on the St.Lawrence River or any of the inland lakes! Fully insured! 315-955-4264

A receiver hitch mount for a fry cutter I made a while ago. Works great! Can cut fries for 100 people in about 5 minutes!

Did some boiler work today! As well as some work around the shop! Give Oak Point Plumbing a follow if you haven’t already! The plumbing and boiler side is a large part of my work!

Wood conveyor progress! This will be an infeed conveyor/hopper for a small commercial splitter( load the conveyor with wood then split for a period of time, rather than continuously loading the splitter) , so far all the work has been done with the “trough” upside down, due to low ceiling height, I will have to do everything I can then flip it over outside the shop. All the sheet is 3/16”. Will be driven with a hydraulic motor. Log lift remote on the splitter will tie into the conveyor. Conveyor will weigh about 1,200 lbs when done!

I’d like to thank every one that has trusted me for their welding, fabrication, plumbing and boiler repair. I have been busy through the winter and now it’s time for spring break with the family. I will be closed Friday April 3rd and April 6th-10th. I will be back Monday April 13th for business as usual!

Picture is of my helper and I. I’m changing out a ball valve, he’s making sure to hit the pressure tank to see if it’s waterlogged….He hit it a lot😂 He deserves a break for all his hard work!

Brush mower repair from last week! Cut out the entire damaged area. Replace with fresh 3/16” plate. I forgot to take a picture once it was welded in🤷. 315-955-4264 Welding, fabrication, plumbing and boiler repair!
