🔩 One Setup. One Station. Six Bends. Done.
Watch our press brake operator run a 6-bend part in 14 gauge mild steel — with bends up to 70" long — all from a single setup without moving a single tool.
The two short bends on each end (~3") could have been a nightmare. A different setup, a different station, a different operator. But that's not how we do things at Full Curl Manufacturing.
This is what good Design for Manufacturability (DFM) looks like in the real world. When parts are designed with the process in mind, your press brake operator isn't fighting the setup — he's running clean bends and walking away with a finished part that drops right into the weld fixture.
Less handling. Less setup time. Less opportunity for error. Better parts. Happier weldors. 💪
If you're designing parts for fabrication and not thinking about DFM, you're leaving money on the table. We can help with that.
