Quick hitches are a game changer without a doubt. However, they are not all created equally. One of the most expensive hitches on the market matches the color of most of our tractors, but they are a terrible design….

Below are three options of quick hitches we offer and some details about each.

Green:
These are slightly used CAT1 John Deere iMatch brand. These require (but don’t include) adapter bushings for the lower pins of your attachments (like nearly every other brand). They also have big bolts that hold the top hook on which have disadvantages and interference issues with attachments. These sell fast cause they are green and have the words “John Deere” on them so they cost a lot new.

Black:
These are brand new Taylor-Way CAT1 hitches and they are cool because while they do still require adapter bushings like the Green ones, the bushings are included and on top of the top hook they also include a swivel back top link that allows you to connect to even non-quick hitch compatible attachments.

Red:
These are brand new Braber brand CAT1. These are my favorite because they have true CAT1 hooks on the bottom so they don’t require adapter bushings and they have quick pins for the top hook adjustment so they rarely interfere with any brand attachment. These are the smartest design but they are only offered in red.
