Last week, graduate students from the University at Buffalo visited Staub Precision Machine for a behind-the-scenes look at our manufacturing campus! 🏭

As part of their architecture and engineering program, students explored how manufacturing plays a role in bringing architectural projects to life. From seeing our different departments in action to learning how each stage of a project comes together, the visit provided valuable hands-on exposure to the manufacturing side of the industry.

We’re proud to support the next generation of engineers and architects by connecting classroom learning with real-world industry experience!

Meet C.A.R.L. - Our Computer Aided Robotic Loading System! CARL was designed by our Staub engineers as a way to improve the process of automated inspection and loading systems, using SCARA robotics and CMM for precision quality control. CARL can run 800 pieces in just 32 hours with minimum human involvement. This innovation has improved efficiency and competitiveness in the Aerospace industry.
