This listing is for a DXF File for cutting your own CNC Plasma Cutting Table Grate Slats that fits a Plasmacam 4X4. 16 slats are required for this slat layout to fulfill your 4X4 table surface. ONE 4X10 sheet will be enough to cut the 16 slats. Slat specs are as follows:

*Type 1: 9 points per slat side for total of 144 table points (288 total table points counting underside for when slats are flipped for opposite side use)
*Type 2: 25 points per slat side for total of 400 table points (800 total table points counting underside for when slats are flipped for opposite side use)

*4.520 " / Height from Slat Top Tip to Slat Bottom Tip
*3.520" / Height from Slat Top Flat to Slat Bottom Flat
*2.895" / Height from Table Slat Setting Surface to Top Slat Tip
*2.395" / Height from Table Slat Setting Surface to Top Slat Flat
*0.125" / Slat Slot Width for Cutting from 10 Gauge Material & Less (Can be modified in your program to make wider if desired or reach out to me and I can custom make a set)

*4 X 4 Sheet will provide 4 Slats
*4 X 8 Sheet will provide 14 Slats
*4X10 Sheet will provide 18 Slats
