Before & After Service Work — Outdoor Kitchen Exhaust Hood Maintenance

Yesterday’s job was a detailed maintenance and cleaning service on an outdoor kitchen exhaust hood system. The filters, stainless panels, grease buildup areas, internal wiring area, and lower access sections were inspected and cleaned as part of the service.

During the visit, I also found an issue with the grill side cooking burners. I made the necessary adjustments, and the burners are now working properly.

This is why regular outdoor kitchen maintenance matters. Grease, moisture, rust, and heat can build up over time and affect performance, safety, and appearance.
