These stainless steel roller platforms were made for a Pennsylvania food manufacturer and are used to safely access the openings of large industrial mixing kettles. This order was for 4 platforms total… two platforms were completed and delivered to the customer in August and the last two are to be delivered in November.

This hand railing was fabricated for and installed at the newly built Dauphin Borough Community Building. The railings are powder coated steel pipe. The concrete was core drilled for each post and the railings were set with anchoring cement. The ramp railings were each made in two separate pieces in order to fit in the powder coating oven and then welded together on site after setting into place.

A local vehicle dealership ordered 400 of these cover plates for installation in new work vans. That’s 400 top plates with countersunk holes and 800 bent tabs with M6 rivet nuts. We also fabricated custom welding jigs to assemble these parts.

We fabricated the toolbar receiver mounts and supporting frame work for this row cleaner fertilizer applicator. We also modified the row cleaners and designed relocation brackets for the cleaner wheels/blades, increasing the width between the wheels to work better for the customer’s application.

This order of 10 stainless steel swing arms were made from 4” square SS tubing with a 1/4” wall thickness and machined SS collars. The tubing was processed on a cnc tube laser cutting machine for extreme precision.
