Schultz Design & Fabrication did all of the metalwork for this dumpster enclosure at Fire & Ice Smokehouse & Creamery in Halifax, PA.

The three gates feature removable bottom sections to allow the corrugated sheets and wood to slide into the stall channel and eliminate the need for any fasteners. This also makes it easy to replace the corrugated sheet and wood if it gets damaged.

SOS Heavy Equipment Repair LLC needed a way to temporarily join the two different flanges of these bearing housings together for their line boring operation and they came up this spacer idea and had us make one.

The spacer ring and holes were cnc plasma cut from 3/8” steel plate, the countersinks machined on the mill, and the threads formed by tapping.

This heavy duty 3’ x 4’ stainless steel machine stand was built to mount a 1600 lb industrial riveting machine to. The stand is built using 2” 304 stainless steel tubing with a 1/4” wall thickness and 20 gauge 304 stainless sheet with a #4 finish.
