kielbasa potato soup -
kielbasa
potatoes
corn
celery
carrots
chicken broth
milk
cheese

1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
8 average potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups chicken broth
2 sticks celery sliced
1/4 cup sliced carrot
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 & 1/2 cups whole milk
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cook kielbasa until browned, set aside. add potatoes corn broth celery and carrots to a pot, add seasonings and bring to a boil then cook on low for about 15 mins until potatoes are soft.
add the milk cheese and kielbasa and cook on low for another 15 minutes then serve.

I wrapped up fabrication on my goat panel trailer last night. Tested it out to see it’s flaws. I can’t find anything else to add besides a toolbox for straps. It’s getting prepped for a couple coats of John Deere green paint tonight. Holds about 55 panels.

Birdy dog is adapting to the farm.

Added another dog to my fleet to help work my herd of goats. All I can say is wow. Thank you Shanda Hyllested for training “Birdie” and selling her to me. She works goats like it’s her passion.

Got my shop built portable goat handling facility setup again and ready to use. Going to ear tag the new does, trim hooves, and give annual vaccinations tomorrow morning before it gets too hot.
