Michael's Taste of Chicago!
Michael Sheehan has been a part of our family since the day we bought the business. If you live here, you probably love him like we do. These days, he is finally taking it easy, but we sure miss laughing with him at the store every day.
You might remember that Michael owned and operated Michael's Taste of Chicago here in Hailey. Born and raised in the Chicago area, Michael proudly brought the flavors of his youth to our valley. We have always wanted to have a hotdog stand at the store, and I can't think of a better way to do it than to honor our friend!
The menu will include a regular hot dog and the Michael's dog -a traditional Chicago-style, large dog on a poppy seed bun with all the fixin's! Both are Nathan's all-beef!
We are hoping to have things up and running as soon as this Monday. So, when you are hustling to get what you need for your next project, you can grab your lunch, too!
The stand will be right inside the yard gate, open daily from 11am-2pm at least until the temperatures drop!
