Fox & Associates, Inc., is seeking a Civil CADD Technician with experience in all aspects of Land Development projects for our Hagerstown, Maryland office.
Responsibilities include preparation of the following plans:
• Civil/Site Construction Plans
• Subdivision Plats
• ALTA Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• Stakeout Computations
• Deed Composites
Candidates must possess strong AutoCAD skills, good communications skills, an excellent work ethic, be self motivated and be a team player.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. John E. Mazelon to President of Fox & Associates, Inc. as of May 1, 2023. John has worked with Fox & Associates, Inc. for 35 years, managing the Frederick office for the last 20 years. As Senior VP, John is highly regarded by coworkers, clients, and public service personnel. John will continue to lead the Fox team to continue our reputation of providing outstanding land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning services within the tri-state area. John’s new responsibilities will include management of the company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Joseph Ceci, P.E. will step up to the role as Frederick branch manager. John is succeeding Mr. Mike Shifler who has worked for Fox for over 40 years. Mike is officially retiring after his long commitment and many outstanding achievements with the company. It has been an honor to work with him. Congratulations to all!
